Bring the Bottle of Istina’s Soul item, along with an Istina's Bracelet item, to Rumanese in order to make a Refined Istina’s Bracelet. (See the Items section for details on the bracelet.)

Removed Quests

• Whereabouts of the Archaeologist: Characters that possess quest items for this quest at the time the Harmony update launches can redeem these quest items for compensation by speaking to the News Informer NPC in any major town. The News Informer NPC will be in the game for two weeks after the Harmony update launches; from March 7 to March 21, 2012.
• Relics of the Old Empire: The quest reward “Entrance Pass to the Sepulcher,” which grants entry to the Four Goblets quest, can now be obtained during the new Tomb Raiders quest.

Bug Fixes

• Characters that disbanded their command channel now still receive quest items while inside the Primal Mother, Istina quest’s instanced dungeon.
• All party members now receive rewards from the Break Through the Hall of Suffering and Defend the Hall of Suffering quests, instead of only the party leader.
• Characters that are too low level for the Perfect Form quest no longer receive rewards from it.
• The Pailaka – Devil’s Legacy quest’s map marker now displays in the correct location on the map.
• Characters that possess the item Blade Otis’s Cellular Tissue can now also acquire the item Weird Bunei’s Cellular Tissue from the Mutated Kaneus – Heine quest.
• Characters with names longer than 12 letters now display correctly in the Quest Zone and Campaign top contributors lists.
• Repeatable quests can no longer be completed if the character level is lower than the quest’s minimum level requirement (occurred in cases of completing the quest on a subclass different than the class the quest was accepted on).
• Characters performing the Pavel’s Last Research quest can now acquire the Research Report quest item with no issues.
• The quest items for the Duty of the Survivor quest can no longer be stored in a private warehouse or clan warehouse.
• The issue of the Rotating Dimensional Door sometimes not despawning upon completion of the Destroy Shilen’s Creatures campaign is fixed.
• Quest credit is now correctly given upon defeating Michaelo for the In the Coral Garden quest.
